EL TERRUÑO

We are located in Ledaña (Cuenca), between the Jucar and Cabriel rivers, where the average height of land above sea level is 700 metres.
Vineyards ranging from 30 to 100 years old are grown in an ecologically manner. The cultivation takes place on gravelly, clay and calcareous soils; we adapt our work to the climate, which is characterized by low rainfall during most of the year and by a high level of sunlight, especially from May to September, that contributes to slow maturity of grapes, among which the native variety Bobal is the well-renowned.
